new crosstown concourse restaurant!
Looks like there is a new restaurant coming to Crosstown Concourse. According to the Chose901 blog, “The restaurant will be a fast-casual dining experience that offers only organic, vegetarian menu items at affordable prices (entrees will range from $8 to $10 with additional options under that price point). Mama Gaia will receive its Project Green Fork certification as well as a B Corp Certification before its opening date, which makes it one of fewer than 2,000 companies worldwide and the first company in Memphis to receive this certification.
Mama Gaia is founded by Philipp and Cru Peri von Holtzendorff-Fehling. Philipp left a successful 20-year career in the corporate sector to dedicate himself to a cause he is very passionate about – one that led to the creation of the Mama Gaia concept. Most notably, he served as chief marketing officer at ServiceMaster in Memphis.”
